Traineeship and Employment Program Development and Support
 The Axelis team has extensive experience in managing traineeship offerings. Axelis staff have been actively developing and managing traineeships in the Sport and Recreation industry since their introduction in Queensland in 1995.
In consultation with industry and the Department of Education, Training and the Arts, Axelis staff have identified appropriate training package qualifications to be submitted as traineeships. They have also worked with the Department of Education, Training and the Arts on User Choice funding and developed marketing material for Australian Apprenticeship Centres and Registered Training Organisations.
For several years Axelis staff managed employment programmes, including traineeship projects for various state and federal government departments as well as school based traineeship projects for a number of State Sporting organisations.
