Our Origin

Axelis is owned and operated by Recreation Training Queensland (RTQ), a government-recognised and supported Skills Alliance. RTQ provides education, training and workforce development advice to government, industry and training organisations in sport, recreation and fitness.

RTQ’s membership comprises representatives from various fitness, sport and recreation peak bodies, enterprises and associations.

RTQ is active in a wide range of different industry, education and training networks. Through these networks, the Axelis team can identify and work with the right ‘partners’ to produce quality and timely outcomes for your enterprise or association.

Our Staff

As well as having extensive knowledge and experience in sport, recreation and fitness, the Axelis team has more than 20 years experience advising on training and employment solutions, the Australia Quality Training Framework and the Australian Apprenticeships scheme (Traineeships).
